Live To Love You Again

She looked over her shoulder twice
I know she thought she’d seen a ghost
But of course it’s been a long time ago
I’m older now my hair is white as snow

She’s always been twice my age (but)
She was old enough to give me love
We thought our love would last a life-time
‘Till people say loving you was a crime

Chorus
Now regrets pelts me like rain
If I had the chance I’d do it again
I should’ve been stronger back then
Oh I’d like to live to love you again

I’ll never forget the way you say my name
And the tears that fell from your eyes
The moment… I say good… good…bye
You cried out loud I still hear your cries…

Oh because you loved me like you did
Because you made me felt like a kid
I was old enough but still so immature
I let you slipped right through love’s door

Chorus
Now regrets pelts me like rain
If I had the chance I’d do it again
I should’ve been stronger back then
Oh I’d like to live to love you again

I still smell your sweet scent from afar…
I’ve happy memories framed in my mind…
Oh I’d love to have a chance again
Oh I’d like to live to love you again….

Chorus
Now regrets pelts me like rain
If I had the chance I’d do it again
I should’ve been stronger back then
Oh I’d like to live to love you again

End

Note: I’m open to ideas …also maybe need a bit of re-structuring…?
